We have to move our wedding to a new date, what do I do?
PowerStruggle are committed to being the entertainment on your special day. If you have to postpone your wedding to a new date please get in contact with us, we will do everything we can to accomadate your new date/venue.
We have moved/cancelled our wedding, what does this mean for our deposit?
On the PowerStruggle booking form it clearly states all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are collected to reserve the band for the date of your wedding and help prevent against last minute cancellations or double bookings. If your wedding venue postpones your wedding due to Covid 19 and you confirm the new date before contacting us, or you choose to cancel PowerStruggle for other entertainment, we are not legally obliged to return this deposit as advised by legal council.
PowerStruggle are unavailable for the date we have moved our wedding to, what are the next steps?
In the unfortunate circumstance that we are unable to work together to rearrange a new date, PowerStuggle will recommend a range of top class acts to help make choosing another band that little bit easier. If we were initially contacted, and all avenues have been explored to accommodate the new date, we will provide 50% of the deposit paid as a good will gesture.
